Two Climbers painting on quartzite
A modern design. The idea came to me as I watched people climb artificial rock in a climbing gym; to have an artificial climber following a crack up a real rock. The tricky part is finding a piece of rock with an outcrop or crack that the "climber" can hang onto.
The size of the stone is approx. 6" x 8.25".
Hanging wire is securely attached to the back, and it comes with a brief description card about the art.
About the stone...
This piece of California Sierra quartzite is pearl white and silver with flecks of gold. It has a lot of silver mica shine to catch the light.
